Waterfront bike tour to the lock

This moderately difficult bike tour covers the lower loop of the Ráckeve (Soroksár) Branch of the Danube, taking you along the waterfront the entire way. Nature and history side by side: the route reveals the region’s unique natural beauty and built heritage, with stops in Dömsöd and Ráckeve along the way. One of the highlights of the tour is the Tass Lock, which you can admire up close and which is one of the most important engineering structures in the Ráckeve (Soroksár) Danube branch waterway system. The route is varied but manageable, so it is recommended for those who would like to spend a longer, active day along the Little Danube.
